ESDN Software opens datacenter in Nashik
Mumbai: A new datacenter facility in Nashik has been opened by ESDN Software Solution, a group of web hosting companies based in UK and U.S., which is also planning to a new facility in Indiore in the next two-three years, reports Business Standard.
ESDN company has set 100 percent growth target for the current FY 2009-10. The company specializes in the provision of high quality managed hosting, managed servers, server racks and cages, co-location and system security. ESDN has indigenously developed the concept of high specifications, carrier-neutral and fully managed datacenter. It has two facilities in UK and one in U.S., with a strong base of 30,000 customers.
The new datacenter facility, which is spread on one acre plot with a built-up area of 40,000 square feet, is located in Satpur areas of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The company has 150 employees in Nashik and is planning to increase the strength to upto 650.
"We are planning to expand our facilities upto 10 lakh sqft of built-up areas in the next three years, by expanding the present Nashik facility and opening a new facility in Indore. We have already identified seven acre property in Indore, which will cover a built-up area of five lakh sqft," Piyush Somani, Managing Director, ESDS Software, told Business Standard.
